The exact scope may vary according to the nature and requirements of the book.

Are There Any Additional Charges?

The standard fee is for the digital publication of the eBook.

If authors request printed copies for their personal use, institutional submission or other purposes, printing and courier costs will be charged separately according to the number of copies and prevailing printing costs.

What Will the Author Receive?

After successful completion of the publication process, the author receives a professionally prepared academic eBook carrying the author's name and institutional affiliation, an ISBN where applicable, a publication-ready digital edition, a dedicated CUBICKED book listing/page and the associated publication details.

The author may also receive promotional material and publication records associated with the book.

Who Can Publish?

Faculty members, subject experts and academic professionals who wish to develop syllabus-based learning material for undergraduate or postgraduate students may submit a proposal to CUBICKED.

Collaborative books with two or more authors are welcome.

This is particularly useful for faculty members who would like to jointly develop a book for a university course and share both academic responsibilities and the publication cost.

Author Review & Approval

Before final publication, the author receives the draft book for academic review.

Authors are requested to carefully verify the academic content, factual accuracy, terminology, tables, figures, author details and institutional affiliations and submit consolidated corrections within the specified review period.

The final book is prepared after incorporating the approved corrections.

Publication Agreement

Before publication, CUBICKED and the author(s) enter into an Author–Publisher Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) outlining the publication responsibilities, copyright and licensing terms, publication rights and other applicable conditions.

The agreement is completed digitally through a secure electronic-signing process.

Do I need to submit a complete manuscript?

Not necessarily. You may initially submit your proposed course, syllabus and book requirements. The manuscript-development process can then be discussed with CUBICKED.

Can two or more faculty members publish one book?

Yes. Collaborative authorship is welcome.

Is the ₹8,000 fee charged to every author?

No. The standard fee is ₹8,000 per eBook, not per author. Multiple authors may share the cost among themselves.

Will students have to purchase the eBook?

Can I order printed copies?
